A – team MELETI E.P.E. is a Company of Architects, Engineers and Designers, with the objective of undertaking, training, implementation, specialized design and execution of studies, supervision and construction of all kinds of technical and building projects, including the construction, renovation and architectural or aesthetic design of external and internal spaces such as offices, homes, shops, business and exhibition spaces. Application study, issuance of building permits, consulting services for structural aesthetic issues, as well as supervision, full support and coordination of construction works, are also the company’s subject. The undertaking of all the above is done either by the company alone or in a joint venture or collaboration with third natural or legal persons of the specialties and craftsmen who support the Architectural study that has been prepared.

Our Offices
The location, the position of the plot in the urban fabric, the orientation, the needs and requirements of the owners, the view and the visual escapes, and many other elements on a case-by-case basis and often conflicting with each other, are analyzed and evaluated differently in each building. The final architectural work expresses the uniqueness of the synthetic interaction of all the above, it is an autonomous entity that takes life through its daily use.
But it is not always like that. The client sets the financial and not just the constraints and the functional needs, and the architect is asked to compose the shell that will serve these requirements. He should educate a man who is engaged in another subject, psychologize him and investigate his personal life. And the client should be ready to dedicate himself to this unique creative process. For a certain period of time, client and architect become friends and partners. The architectural work is not exhausted when the conception or even the construction is completed. It is a living example of a course of cooperation between the Owner, the architect and the builder. It belongs as a concept to all three, but it is now a container of life for many people and generations, who will experience it happily in their everyday life, without having to look for the reason. Perhaps this is the architect’s fee after all.
